We want to speak this year about spiritual formation in our vocational lives. From Monday through Friday. To help one another discern what God would have us do in our day-to-day. What He would have us join Him in restoring, building and reestablishing. 

 

It is undeniable that our culture is searching for a method to live, and work is our most dominant cultural teacher to that end. We have a vision for the Church to be the epicentre of its communities. To demonstrate and teach, or, as Paul challenges, ‘live such good lives’ in whatever we do throughout the week. 

 

What does this look like outside our church buildings, demonstrating day-to-day full living? What does it mean for our workplaces and homes to be our ministries? 

 

Spiritual Formation is about directing the things of life we already do, to allow us to ‘remain with Him.’ What does that mean for work and the workplace?
